As a result of the intensive growth of Mostostal Warszawa’s operations, our demand for first rate office space has increased. Based on our long and good relationship with Adgar, we made the decision to extend our cooperation and rent an additional three floors in the newly-completed Adgar Plaza building B. We have high regard for the services provided by Adgar as property owner and building administrator” - comments Włodzimierz Woźniakowski, Member of the Management Board and Financial Director of Mostostal Warszawa S.A.

“We are very happy with the prestigious location of our new office. Because of our unique business model, which allows our cooperating partners, mainly women, to create entrepreneurial home business opportunities, only seven people work out of our Polish office permanently. However, as a global company, we will benefit significantly from the modern telecommunications solutions available at Adgar Plaza to maintain constant contact with our company’s subsidiaries located all over the world. We also appreciate the exceptional working environment provided by the building, with panoramic windows over the inner courtyard that maximize natural light, and also the Adgar Plaza Conference Centre, where we can host larger meetings when we need to”  - explains Tomasz Stanisławski, General Manager PartyLite.

The Adgar complex is a business location that includes the modern Adgar Plaza Conference Centre with flexible conference spaces enabling the accommodation of up to 300 people, the Calypso Fitness Club with a swimming pool, gym, spa and squash courts, a restaurant, cafe and secured and redundant data centre. In addition, the complex is equipped with two independent power lines and generators, which ensure uninterrupted work in the event of an outage in the municipal power grid, and an air conditioning system with humidity control. Advanced security technology has also been installed in the Adgar Plaza buildings, as have IP-based telecommunication services (IP phones, Internet, WiFi).

Despite the fact that the Adgar complex is situated in one of the most popular office locations in Warsaw, tenants and their guests have no problems with parking. As an addition to 600 underground parking places on three levels, a separate multilevel garage building has also been constructed on site with an extra 237 spaces. The modern underground car park is equipped with License Plate Recognition (LPR) and a web-based help desk system available on www.adgar.pl.
